The Position

We are currently seeking a Business Account Manager to join our expanding team.

Your role is to deliver a great experience by building strong client relationships, offering tailored IT solutions, and consistently exceeding KPIs.

Part of your success in this role will be based on your empathy, rapport building, patience and positivity. Equally important is your ability to establish client relationships that contribute to their success.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with current customers for a deep understanding of their needs

  • Deliver IT solutions aligned with customers’ business goals

  • Offer expertise in Managed Services, Projects, Security, Network, Communications and Cloud

  • Develop and maintain an accurate and viable pipeline for assigned customers

  • Consistently surpass key performance indicators (KPIs)

About You

You’ll need 5 years' experience in a similar role and demonstrate excellent customer service skills and time management abilities. We are seeking candidates with a positive attitude and a compelling desire to be one step ahead of new technology and solutions.
