So that you know what to expect, here's the process we use. 

  • Interest 

    If you're on this page you've seen our ad and decided to get the application pack. It's packed full of all the information you don't usually get until interview stage with other roles. We'll send it by email with a link to apply inside.

     

  • Application 

    You'll apply online and we'll be in touch by email with next steps within 24 hours.

     

  • Assessment 

    This is a two-way street for us, we want you to be evaluating us as much as we're evaluating you. It's all about the right match. Our process includes online assessments and in-person interviews. We always communicate with every candidate quickly and honestly throughout the process. It takes between 5-10 business days to complete from application to offer depending on schedules.

     

  • Offer 

    If we're all in agreement that it's a great match we'll invite you to join the TechPath team.
